Making Payment? If you are Singapore customer, you can make payment to Lass conveniently via DBS/POSB transfer. But if you are enquiring from elsewhere or would like to find out the PayPal option (6% fee), you can ask Lass too.

Receiving your Purchase? All items on OnlineLASS comes with FREE LOCAL POSTAGE within Singapore. Lass will ship your purchase on the next working day after payment is received (except for PTO products). You can state your preferred shipping method such as normal mail, register mail (at S$2.50) or even express, Lass will follow your choice and to quote accordingly. Remember, you are responsible for the reliability of the mailing method that you choose.

Making Return or Refund? Well, no one likes to go through this troubles, so challenge yourselves to make a smart purchase; you will own the item as soon as you make a payment.

What is PTO?

PTO is Pay-To Order!

All Beauty Products and Falsies are under the PTO category, which means these are not ready-stock items, but our Beauty Partner will order for you as you pay.

Our Beauty Partner now has regular shipment arriving Singapore every 2-3 weeks. Your order will usually get onto the next shipment if arrangement can be made, sometimes, it's all depending on the ultimate supplier response time.

When will Sold Out apparel be back in-stock?

Never. Some items/color are marked as sold out... meaning the item is gone by it's popularity and will never come back again. Remember, Lass only sell in-stock items (except for beauty/falsies) this is why you can receive your purchase almost the next working day, isn't it great?!
